根(gen)據歐(ou)姆(mu)定(ding)律,被測電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻Rx等于施加電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓V除以通過的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流I。傳統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)阻計的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作原理(li)是(shi)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓V固定(ding),通過測量(liang)流過取(qu)樣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流I來得到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)。從歐(ou)姆(mu)定(ding)律可以看出,由于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流I是(shi)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻成(cheng)反比,而(er)不是(shi)成(cheng)正比,所以電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻的(de)(de)(de)(de)顯示值(zhi)是(shi)非(fei)線性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de),即(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻無(wu)窮大時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為零(ling),即(ji)表頭的(de)(de)(de)(de)零(ling)位處是(shi)∞,其(qi)附近的(de)(de)(de)(de)刻度非(fei)常密,分辨(bian)率(lv)很低。整個(ge)刻度是(shi)非(fei)線性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。又(you)由于測量(liang)不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻時,其(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓V也會有些(xie)變化,所以普(pu)通的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)阻計是(shi)精度差(cha)、分辨(bian)率(lv)低。
本儀(yi)器是(shi)同(tong)時測(ce)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)兩端的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)V和(he)流過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流I,通過內部的(de)(de)大規模集成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)完成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)除(chu)以(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)計算,然后(hou)(hou)把所(suo)得到的(de)(de)結(jie)果(guo)經過A/D轉換后(hou)(hou)以(yi)數字顯示出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi),即便是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)兩端的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)V和(he)流過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流I是(shi)同(tong)時變(bian)化(hua),其(qi)顯示的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)不象(xiang)普通高阻(zu)計那樣因被測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)V的(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流I的(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)而變(bian),所(suo)以(yi),即使(shi)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、被測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等發生變(bian)化(hua)對其(qi)結(jie)果(guo)影響不大,其(qi)測(ce)量(liang)精度很高,從理論上講其(qi)誤差(cha)可以(yi)做到零,而實際誤差(cha)可以(yi)做到千分之幾或萬分之幾。
