電橋電容率介電常數測試儀在交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)下(xia),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)介質(zhi)(zhi)要(yao)消耗部(bu)分電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能,這(zhe)部(bu)分電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能將(jiang)轉(zhuan)變(bian)為(wei)熱能產生損(sun)(sun)(sun)(sun)耗。這(zhe)種(zhong)能量(liang)損(sun)(sun)(sun)(sun)耗叫做(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)介質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)損(sun)(sun)(sun)(sun)耗。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)介質(zhi)(zhi)上施加(jia)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)介質(zhi)(zhi)中的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)間(jian)成在相角(jiao)(jiao)差ψ,ψ的(de)余角(jiao)(jiao)δ稱為(wei)介質(zhi)(zhi)損(sun)(sun)(sun)(sun)耗角(jiao)(jiao),δ的(de)正切tgδ稱為(wei)介質(zhi)(zhi)損(sun)(sun)(sun)(sun)耗角(jiao)(jiao)正切。tgδ值(zhi)是用(yong)(yong)(yong)來衡量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)介質(zhi)(zhi)損(sun)(sun)(sun)(sun)耗的(de)參數。儀器測量(liang)線路(lu)(lu)包括一(yi)標準(zhun)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)(Cn)和(he)(he)一(yi)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)(Cx),如圖2—1所示。標準(zhun)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)由(you)內(nei)置(zhi)高(gao)穩定度標準(zhun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器與(yu)測量(liang)線路(lu)(lu)組成,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)由(you)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)和(he)(he)測量(liang)線路(lu)(lu)組成。測量(liang)線路(lu)(lu)由(you)取(qu)樣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻與(yu)前置(zhi)放大(da)器和(he)(he)A/D轉(zhuan)換器組成。通過測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)分別(bie)測得標準(zhun)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)與(yu)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)幅值(zhi)及其(qi)相位差,再由(you)數字(zi)(zi)信號(hao)處理器運用(yong)(yong)(yong)數字(zi)(zi)化實時(shi)采集(ji)方(fang)法(fa),通過矢量(liang)運算得出試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容值(zhi)和(he)(he)介質(zhi)(zhi)損(sun)(sun)(sun)(sun)耗正切值(zhi)。儀器內(nei)部(bu)已(yi)經采用(yong)(yong)(yong)了抗(kang)干擾措施,保證(zheng)在外電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場干擾下(xia)準(zhun)確測量(liang)。
