工作原理

傳統(tong)的(de)儀器(qi)的(de)工(gong)作原(yuan)理(li)是(shi)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)V固定(ding),通過測量流過被測物(wu)體的(de)電(dian)(dian)流I以(yi)標定(ding)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)刻(ke)度(du)來讀出(chu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)。從上式可以(yi)看出(chu),由于電(dian)(dian)流I是(shi)與電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)成(cheng)反比,而不是(shi)成(cheng)正比,所以(yi)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)顯(xian)示值(zhi)是(shi)非線性的(de),即(ji)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)無窮(qiong)大時(shi),電(dian)(dian)流為零,即(ji)表頭的(de)零位(wei)處是(shi)∞,其附近的(de)刻(ke)度(du)非常密,分辨率(lv)很(hen)低。整個刻(ke)度(du)是(shi)非線性的(de)。又由于測量不同的(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)時(shi),其電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)V也會有些變化,所以(yi)普通的(de)高阻(zu)(zu)計的(de)精度(du)是(shi)很(hen)難提(ti)高的(de)。

使用方法接好電源線
確保電源為220VAC/50Hz
接通電源
將電(dian)流電(dian)阻量程(cheng)置于 106檔(dang),電(dian)壓量程(cheng)置于10V,然后(hou)開(kai)機。(最(zui)左側)
連接線路
接(jie)好測試線,將(jiang)測試線將(jiang)主機與屏蔽箱連接(jie)好,測體(ti)積電(dian)阻時(shi)測試按鈕(niu)(niu)撥到Rv邊(bian),測表面電(dian)阻時(shi)測試按鈕(niu)(niu)撥到Rs邊(bian)。然后開機。
選擇合適的測量電壓
★電(dian)壓(ya)選擇(ze)開關,注(zhu)意,在測(ce)(ce)試(shi)過程中不要隨(sui)意改動測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya),可能(neng)因電(dian)壓(ya)的過高或電(dian)流過大(da)損壞被測(ce)(ce)試(shi)器件或測(ce)(ce)試(shi)儀(yi)器;
