多試樣橡膠低溫脆性試驗機的試驗標準：

1.規格

試樣的長為(wei)(wei)25.0±0.5mm，寬為(wei)(wei)6.0±0.5mm，厚為(wei)(wei)2.0±0.3mm。

2.要求

試樣(yang)的表面應光滑，無外來雜質(zhi)及損傷。成品應經打磨后裁制成相應尺寸。

多試樣橡膠低溫脆性試驗機的使用方法:

1.接(jie)通電源，溫控儀和計(ji)時器顯示燈亮。

2.向(xiang)冷(leng)井(jing)中注(zhu)入冷(leng)凍介質（一般為工業乙醇），其注(zhu)入量應保證(zheng)夾(jia)持(chi)器的下端到液面(mian)的距(ju)離為75±10mm。

3.將試(shi)樣垂直(zhi)夾在夾持(chi)器上。夾的不宜(yi)過緊或(huo)過松，以防止試(shi)樣變(bian)形(xing)或(huo)脫落。

4.達到試(shi)(shi)驗溫(wen)度后(hou)，按下啟動按鈕(niu)，試(shi)(shi)驗機自(zi)動工作（按下夾持器，開始冷(leng)凍試(shi)(shi)樣，同時(shi)(shi)啟動時(shi)(shi)序控制開關或按動秒表計時(shi)(shi)。試(shi)(shi)樣冷(leng)凍時(shi)(shi)間規定為3.0±0.5min。試(shi)(shi)樣冷(leng)凍期間，冷(leng)凍介質溫(wen)度波動不得(de)超過±1℃）

5.取下試(shi)樣，將(jiang)試(shi)樣按沖擊方向(xiang)彎曲(qu)成180°，仔(zi)細觀察有無破壞。

6.試(shi)樣經沖(chong)擊后（每個(ge)試(shi)樣只準沖(chong)擊一次），如出現破壞(huai)時(shi)，應(ying)提高冷凍(dong)介質的溫度(du)，否則降低其(qi)溫度(du)，繼(ji)續進行(xing)試(shi)驗。

7.溫度(du)調(diao)節方法：

a、按set鍵(jian)，溫(wen)控儀進(jin)入設置狀(zhuang)態(tai)

b、按“＜”鍵移(yi)動到要設置的位置

c、按(an)“∧”鍵調整溫度

d、按“set”鍵確定(ding)

通過反復試驗(yan)，確定(ding)至少有兩(liang)個試樣不破壞(huai)的(de)低溫度(du)和至少一個試樣破壞(huai)的(de)gao溫度(du)，如這(zhe)兩(liang)個結(jie)果相差不大于1℃時(shi)，即試驗(yan)結(jie)束。

儀(yi)(yi)器標準：本(ben)儀(yi)(yi)器是(shi)根據(ju)GB1682標準設計的(de)(de)，各項(xiang)技(ji)術指標符合HG 2-162-1965塑料低溫(wen)沖擊壓縮(suo)試驗方(fang)法和GB5470-2008 塑料沖擊脆化溫(wen)度(du)試驗方(fang)法等標準的(de)(de)要求。

Instrument standards:The instrument is designed according to GB1682 national standard. The technical indexes meet the requirements of HG 2-162-1965 low temperature impact compression test method and GB5470-2008 plastic impact embrittlement temperature test method.

Structural principle：A. The equipment consists of the main body of the refrigeration compressor, heating device, electronic control box, cooling tank, cooling medium circulation system and automatic alarm device. After starting the refrigeration switch, the compressor starts to work and the refrigeration system enters the formal working state. The refrigeration compressor works continuously. When approaching the set temperature, the heating device in the cooling tank begins to provide heat proportionally to balance the excess cold generated by the refrigeration system in order to achieve the goal of constant temperature. Stirring can make the cooling medium in the cooling tank circulate continuously and make the temperature uniform.   B. Sample holder      Four specimens (rubber) are clamped on one side and fifteen specimens (plastic) are clamped on the other.    C. Impulse Device     The impact device consists of an impact hammer and a self-locking mechanism.      D. impactor    The radius of the impact head is 1.6 + 0.1 mm.  When impacting, the gap between the impacting head and the sample holder is 6.4 + 0.3 mm.     The distance between the center line of the impact head and the sample holder is 8 +0.3mm.

特點(dian)及(ji)用(yong)途:低(di)溫(wen)脆性(xing)試(shi)驗機(ji)是(shi)測(ce)定(ding)(ding)材料在規定(ding)(ding)條件下試(shi)樣受沖擊出現破壞時的(de)高溫(wen)度，即為脆性(xing)溫(wen)度，可以對塑(su)料及(ji)其他彈性(xing)材料在低(di)溫(wen)條件下的(de)使(shi)用(yong)性(xing)能作(zuo)比較(jiao)性(xing)鑒(jian)定(ding)(ding)。可以測(ce)定(ding)(ding)不同橡膠材料或不同配方(fang)的(de)硫化橡膠的(de)脆性(xing)溫(wen)度和低(di)溫(wen)性(xing)能的(de)優劣。因此無論在科學(xue)研究材料及(ji)其制品的(de)質量(liang)檢驗，生產過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)控制等方(fang)面均是(shi)*的(de)。

適用(yong)行(xing)業：可以用(yong)來考核和確定電工(gong)、電子、汽(qi)車電器、材料等產(chan)品(pin)，在低溫環境(jing)條(tiao)件下貯存(cun)和使用(yong)的適應(ying)性(xing)，適用(yong)于(yu)學(xue)校，工(gong)廠，，研(yan)位(wei)(wei)，等單位(wei)(wei)。

Usage: 1. Switch on the power supply, the temperature controller and the timer display light are on. 2. To inject refrigerant (industrial ethanol) into the cold well, the injection quantity should ensure that the distance from the lower end of the clamp to the liquid level is 75 +10 mm. 3. Hold the sample vertically on the clamp. The clamp should not be too tight or loose to prevent the specimen from deforming or falling off. 4. Press the gripper and start to freeze the sample. At the same time, start the timing control switch (or press the stopwatch) to time. The freezing time of the sample is 3.0 +0.5 min. During the freezing period of the sample, the temperature fluctuation of the refrigerant must not exceed (+1 C). 5. Lift the lifting clamp so that the impactor impacts the specimen in half a second. 6. Take down the sample and bend it to 180 degrees in the direction of impact. Carefully observe whether there is any damage. 7. After impact (each specimen is allowed to impact only once), if damage occurs, the temperature of the refrigerant should be increased, otherwise the temperature of the refrigerant should be lowered and the test should be continued. Temperature, if the difference between the two results is not more than 1 C, is the end of the test.  

Notes 1. The cooling cycle should not be cut off during the test, otherwise the cooling effect will be produced. 2. The cylinder pressure has been adjusted before leaving the factory and can not be changed arbitrarily.

Characteristic and application: Low temperature brittleness testing machine is used to determine the highest temperature of the sample when it is damaged by impact under specified conditions, that is, brittleness temperature. It can be used to compare the performance of plastics and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions. The brittleness temperature and low temperature properties of vulcanized rubber with different rubber materials or formulations can be determined. 注意(yi)事項 1在試驗過程中不能切(qie)斷冷(leng)卻循環，否則會產生不制冷(leng)的(de)效(xiao)果(guo)。 2氣缸壓力在出廠前已調節好，不能任意(yi)變動。

結構原理

1. 升降(jiang)夾(jia)持器(qi)

升降夾持器(qi)由(you)帶(dai)有夾持器(qi)的氣(qi)缸和(he)氣(qi)缸座(zuo)組成(cheng)。

從試樣(yang)受沖擊(ji)部位，到夾持器下端的距離(li)為11.0±0.5mm。

2.沖擊裝置(zhi)

沖擊裝(zhuang)置由沖擊器和沖擊氣缸組成(cheng)。

3.沖擊(ji)器

沖擊(ji)器頭部(bu)形狀(zhuang)和(he)尺寸(cun)如實物所示。沖擊(ji)器的(de)重量為200±20g，其工作行程(cheng)為40±1mm。沖擊(ji)氣缸在復位狀(zhuang)態下，沖擊(ji)器端部(bu)到試(shi)樣的(de)距離為25±1mm。

4.冷凍介(jie)質：工業(ye)乙醇(chun)

5.本測定(ding)儀器采用壓縮機直(zhi)接致(zhi)冷.不需要(yao)冷卻(que)循環(huan)水。
