擊穿試驗儀技術原理

本文用(yong)100kv的電壓(ya)擊穿試驗儀舉例說(shuo)明

 

 

工控摘要:電壓擊(ji)穿(chuan)試驗(yan)儀(yi)由四部分組成,即(ji)高壓試驗(yan)變壓器,自動升壓裝(zhuang)置,電壓電流(liu)采(cai)集裝(zhuang)置,計算機及(ji)測控軟件四部分組成,下面就這四個部分分別說明原理及(ji)使(shi)用情況。
  
  1、高(gao)壓試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)原(yuan)理高(gao)壓試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)內(nei)部結構為三個繞組(zu)組(zu)成(cheng),一個輸(shu)(shu)入繞組(zu),一個儀表(biao)端輸(shu)(shu)出繞組(zu)和(he)一個高(gao)壓輸(shu)(shu)出繞組(zu),三個繞組(zu)電壓通過互(hu)感方式傳遞,輸(shu)(shu)入繞組(zu)的(de)電壓范(fan)圍為0-200V,輸出繞組(zu)的電(dian)壓范圍(wei)為(wei)0-100KV(交(jiao)流電(dian)壓(ya),直流電(dian)壓(ya)為輸出的交(jiao)流電(dian)壓(ya)*1.414),儀表(biao)端的輸出電壓(ya)為0-100V。此(ci)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)一般為(wei)外接測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)使用(yong)。擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)試(shi)(shi)驗或者耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中,通(tong)過(guo)自動調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器供給高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器輸(shu)入繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)一個(ge)(ge)從低到(dao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)時,高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)和儀表(biao)端繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)就會根據匝數比輸(shu)出一個(ge)(ge)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)和一個(ge)(ge)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),此(ci)時通(tong)過(guo)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)發生器輸(shu)出的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)通(tong)過(guo)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)導(dao)線連接的(de)黃銅電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極施加到(dao)材(cai)(cai)料表(biao)面,在(zai)材(cai)(cai)料表(biao)面的(de)另外一側的(de)黃銅電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極通(tong)過(guo)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)導(dao)線回流到(dao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)零端子,從而形成一個(ge)(ge)閉(bi)合(he)回路(lu),當試(shi)(shi)樣沒有被擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)時候,整個(ge)(ge)回路(lu)成高(gao)(gao)(gao)阻開(kai)路(lu)狀態,當材(cai)(cai)料由于(yu)耐受電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)不夠造成擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)時候,會在(zai)材(cai)(cai)料表(biao)面形成微小擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔洞,高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極和地電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極間形成穩定擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,計(ji)算機通(tong)過(guo)判(pan)別電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流值和擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)后(hou)的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)拐點來判(pan)定材(cai)(cai)料是(shi)否(fou)被擊(ji)(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)。
  
  電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)采集是通過(guo)高(gao)壓(ya)變壓(ya)器(qi)的儀表輸(shu)出端的輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)經過(guo)傳(chuan)感電(dian)(dian)路(lu)送至計算機軟件,電(dian)(dian)流(liu)測量(liang)方式是通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)傳(chuan)感器(qi)直接測量(liang)高(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)的電(dian)(dian)流(liu)值來得到準(zhun)確數據。
  
  2:自(zi)動升(sheng)(sheng)壓裝置:自(zi)動升(sheng)(sheng)壓裝置是在自(zi)耦調壓器的基礎上,加上伺(si)服(fu)(fu)電(dian)機及驅(qu)動器,通過計算機發出升(sheng)(sheng)壓速率(lv)指令,讓(rang)伺(si)服(fu)(fu)電(dian)機帶動自(zi)耦變壓器轉(zhuan)動,從(cong)而(er)產生一個(ge)0-200V的電壓(ya)給高壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的輸入端。
  
  3:電(dian)壓電(dian)流采集(ji)裝置:
  
  本(ben)廠(chang)生產的電(dian)壓電(dian)流采集卡可以同時采集從變壓器(qi)儀表端(duan)采集下(xia)(xia)來的電(dian)壓值和(he)從高壓回(hui)路當中采集下(xia)(xia)來的電(dian)流值,并通過232通訊(xun)的方式傳(chuan)送(song)給計算機(ji)軟件。
  
  4:計算機內部有數據(ju)采集(ji)系(xi)統(軟件(jian)),工作時以(yi)很高的頻率采集(ji)電壓值(zhi)(zhi),電流值(zhi)(zhi),時間(jian)值(zhi)(zhi),和升(sheng)壓速率值(zhi)(zhi),
  
  并(bing)隨時(shi)根據擊穿電(dian)流的變化(hua)(hua)和電(dian)壓的變化(hua)(hua)來判斷試(shi)樣是否(fou)被擊穿。
  
  5:計算機(ji)軟(ruan)件(jian)會把這些數(shu)據采集及動(dong)作控制*自動(dong)化,外接的打印機(ji)會根據軟(ruan)件(jian)設(she)置參數(shu)和實際測量數(shu)據打印出一(yi)份完(wan)整試驗(yan)過程的報告(gao)單。
  
  6:交流變(bian)直(zhi)流的(de)原理在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)(shu)出繞組側(ce),有(you)一(yi)個(ge)全(quan)波(bo)整(zheng)(zheng)流的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui),在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)發(fa)生器的(de)頂端頭(tou)部有(you)個(ge)黃銅的(de)短(duan)路桿,可拔(ba)出取下,當(dang)短(duan)路桿不(bu)拔(ba)出時(shi),高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)輸(shu)(shu)出被短(duan)接,此時(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出的(de)是交流電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),當(dang)短(duan)路桿被拔(ba)出時(shi),交流輸(shu)(shu)出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)進入高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)整(zheng)(zheng)流后輸(shu)(shu)出。
  
  7:高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)端的(de)(de)(de)作用:高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)端的(de)(de)(de)作用是方便二次(ci)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)采(cai)集,由(you)于二次(ci)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)等級都不夠在直接高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回路(lu)上(shang)檢測,所以高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)發生(sheng)器本身自帶的(de)(de)(de)儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)端就是方便測量而設(she)置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de),由(you)于儀(yi)(yi)表(biao)端繞組(zu)和(he)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)都是硬性(xing)匝數比(bi),所以按比(bi)例(li)測量的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)(du)和(he)直接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)線上(shang)采(cai)集的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)(du)是一樣的(de)(de)(de)。
  
  8:能不能做(zuo)額定電(dian)壓下的(de)輸出電(dian)流試驗例如想輸出一個300MA10萬伏的電壓,那(nei)么需要高壓發(fa)生器(qi)的容量(liang)為(wei)10KVA,在此容量下,加載(zai)一個(ge)大功(gong)率(lv)限流電阻(zu),高(gao)壓(ya)發生(sheng)器可以連(lian)續耐受1.5小時。
  
  9:直流輸出電(dian)流和交流輸出電(dian)流是否一(yi)(yi)樣(yang)由于(yu)高(gao)壓繞組只有一(yi)(yi)個,直流是通過內置的高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆整(zheng)流而得(de)到所以,直流試(shi)驗的電(dian)流輸出值(zhi)和交流試(shi)驗的輸出值(zhi)是一(yi)(yi)樣(yang)的。

當式樣(yang)被擊穿電壓和電流都(dou)會瞬間降低 這時的*控制系統瞬間切斷電(dian)壓記錄(lu)大擊穿(chuan)值并(bing)且反映(ying)給電(dian)腦 在電腦 繪制整(zheng)體數據記錄打印(yin) 并儲存報告!
